final case class SourceBinding[E, A](sourceName: String, routing: RoutingMode, handlers: List[Handler[_, A]])

The rules a Projection applies to one named event source: how its events are routed, and which handlers react to them.

A binding is added by from(sourceName) followed by a routing call, and each on[E] handler is then attached to the most recently added binding. The type parameter E is not used by any field.
