Type class that provides derived optics for type S. Used internally to enable the given Conversion pattern for direct field access.

It is public because Scala 3.10 only finds givens in a type's companion that are accessible where the search happens: with private[schema], Person.name stops compiling outside the zio.blocks.schema package.
